Covid -19 influenced the exhibition business a lot. Premier Expo had to react to new challenges brought to life with the new normal. Closed borders and travel restrictions prompted us to find more ways to assist international participation, which combines the physical presence of the companies at the event and their absence the same time. We call it remote participation.
Our experience during the year 2020 showed that the Ukrainian market didn’t get used to total on-line events and businesses conduct the negotiations easier and more successfully physically at the event. Thus, starting from WorldFood Ukraine 2020 we developed a new form of participation – remote participation. It means that the company rents the booth, sends us their samples, brochures, instructs the hostess we provide and our hostesses promote their products at their booth during the exhibition, if the visitors would like to discuss serious issues we arrange a video call with a company representative who is on stand by. The real booth at the exhibition makes visitors feel comfortable to explore what the exhibitor has to offer and to conduct the negotiations on-line.
For Aquatherm Kiev we upgraded this service with additional TV equipment for promo videos of the companies, and it brought even better results.
Accordingly, we got a lot of positive feedback from the companies for the real important contacts which were ready to discuss the business.

“We have been participating in the international exhibition AquaTherm since 2007 in Moscow.
18 – 20 May 2021 our company took part in the exhibition, which was held in the International Exhibition Center in Kyiv, despite all the difficulties related to the pandemics of Covid-19. As a result, we are very satisfied with the organization. The exhibition was great!
