Marketer

We are looking for a marketer who is not afraid of responsibility, is ready for intensive and interesting teamwork, and is eager to visualise the results of their work in the form of successful large-scale events.
What does the job involve?
• Development of a general marketing strategy for the project• Development, approval and launch of an advertising campaign• Marketing budget calculation and management of allocated funds• Project promotion: online advertising, work with Media, SMM, direct mail• Content development for websites• Creation of promotional materials and printed products• Analytical work, collection and processing of statistical data, preparation of reports• Preparation of information sheets, welcome packages for exhibitors and visitors, help manual on services provided to exhibitors and visitors• Preparation and control of the production of necessary materials at the exhibition venue, as well as marketing design of the venue (banners, posters, navigation, design of recreation areas)
If you are:
• Have a higher specialised education• Have at least 2 years of experience in marketing• Have knowledge of modern marketing and PR tools• Have the skills to manage and analyse advertising campaigns• You know how to work in a multitasking environment• You have high communication skills, write and speak competently• Creative and out-of-the-box in thinking• Results-oriented and able to cope in stressful situations• You know English at the upper-intermediate level• Advanced user of MS Excel, Power Point, Canva, MailChimp, Weblium

Sales Manager for participation in exhibition events

What does the job involve?• Work with the existing client base and expand it• Study the market structure (according to the exhibition profile) and the main mechanisms of interaction between suppliers and consumers• Advising clients on the benefits of participating in B-to-B offline exhibitions• Search for new customers• Analysis and control of the sales plan
If you are:• Have a higher education degree• Have at least 2 years of experience in the B2B segment• You have knowledge of sales and promotion technologies; telephone skills, as well as persuasion and argumentation• You have high communication skills, write and speak competently• Ability to work in a multitasking environment• Able to self-organise and work non-stop• Results-oriented and able to cope in stressful situations• You know English at intermediate level• Fluent in computer and MS Office products (Outlook, Internet, Word, Excel, Power Point)

Office manager/ receptionist

Responsibilities:
• Receiving/distributing incoming calls• Organisation and maintenance of the office workspace• Reception of visitors• Document management (receiving, registering and distributing incoming and outgoing correspondence)• Work with courier services;• Work with electronic document management (contracts, submission of invoices• Issuance of powers of attorney• Ordering stationery, water and consumables
